Birth and Postpartum Services
We are the only doula service that offers breakthrough prophetic consultations to break barriers before labor begins! Even nonbelieving birth professionals have recognized that we need to verbalize our feelings and thoughts in order to free up our bodies to allow our babies to birth easier (p. 68 of Ina May's Guide to Childbirth). How much more should the daughters of God have a biblical breakthrough before labor?!
Birth Doula
During doula support, you will have round the clock care, massage when you want it, a warm towel or cold compress, a warm bath run, aromatherapy treatment to keep you relaxed, or anything else you may need.
As Certified Birth Doulas, it is our honor to help you make informed decisions about the labor and delivery of your new additions!
Postpartum Doula
During Postpartum Doula Support, you will be nurtured along with your family to adapt to this new member of your household. From feeding to laundry, to simply understanding the emotions you're experiencing, or giving you a restful night's sleep while we tend to the baby, it's all taken care of with a postpartum doula. Naomi is a Certified Postpartum Doula that will help you navigate the needs of your new baby and family dynamics! She is also trained to recognize early signs of Postpartum Depression and recommend the right help so you can enjoy your baby!
Lactation Consultant/Breastfeeding Counselor
During breastfeeding counseling, you will be cared for with the attention and love you and your baby deserve as you learn breastfeeding techniques that work.
We have International Board Certified Lactation Consultants and Breastfeeding Counselors to help you with breastfeeding questions and concerns and talk through any difficulties you may be having!
Alternative Advice
If you need alternative advice from a Certified Lactation Consultant, Breastfeeding Counselor or Certified Postpartum Doula about bottle feeding and/or pumping, we can help you with that as well! Whatever method(s) you choose to feed your baby, we are here to support you in your mothering journey.
Child Development
Knowing what age and stage your baby typically develops is important. Knowing when to start developing these skills in your baby with various techniques is equally important! As a Certified Postpartum Doula, Naomi is familiar with the stages of baby development and how to help your baby grow to his/her fullest potential!
Sleep Advice
Newborns and infants, in general, can have a difficult time settling down for sleep on their own. As a Certified Postpartum Doula, Naomi has extensive knowledge in different sleep training techniques and co-sleeping. Whatever method you choose, you will be supported and helped along the way!
Breakthrough Consulting
Often times when women labor, things from their past may resurface and cause barriers to birth more smoothly. This consultation is designed to poke at some vulnerable spots and uncover those things before labor even begins so you can move past it and have a more enjoyable labor experience. As a trained Breakthrough Consultant through Keith Ferrante's Emerging Prophets program, Naomi delves deep to help you hear what the Lord has to reveal to you about your past that may be holding you back from enjoying your labor and birth.
