Biggest concern is not being able to get as much milk as she needs. Im barely keeping up as is and she's 4m old. :(

I'm not sure what that is, so I don't think I have!

I spoke about in Day 1 and Day 3. You take your baby to bed with you for 24 hours and nurse as often as possible. Have snacks and water/drinks for you close by, and a good sleeping environment for baby, no pillows or blankets nearby. Or use a co-sleeper attached to the bed or a pack-n-play. But nurse every 1 hour-1.5 hours. Believe it or not, this should increase supply after 1 day! Watch Day 3 again if you didn’t catch increasing milk supply.

Good question. Breastfeeding is just as effective as birth control, 98% effective. However your cycle could appear or you could ovulate without a period while breastfeeding. It’s been known to happen in some women. If it happened before, chances are high it would happen again. Keeping milk supply up, especially through baby’s 3-5 months of age is critical. And not going on the pill, but using a barrier protection instead would be a better option.
