Returns for Shop Purchases (Non-Rental Items)

Returns within 24 Hours (Unshipped Orders):
You may return your item for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not shipped. -
Returns after Shipment:
If the item has already shipped, you may return it for a 100% refund (excluding shipping costs) as long as it is in its original, unused condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. -
How to Start a Return:
To request a return, email info@agapedoulasllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for non-rental shop items if they are in original, unused condition.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

Rental Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Refund:
For rentals, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of booking, and the rental has not shipped, been picked up, or delivered. -
50% Refund:
If you cancel a rental within 4 weeks of the expected delivery date, and after the initial 7 days, you will receive a 50% refund. -
No Refund:
There are no refunds for rental cancellations made within 4 weeks of the expected delivery date. -
How to Cancel:
Email info@agapedoulasllc.com with your booking details to request a cancellation and refund.
Shipping Fees

All shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
