Service Description

These prenatal appointments are similar to private prenatal appointments. We cover the same general material but in a group setting and for half the price! As always, husbands and partners or other support person are encouraged to attend as well🥰 Group prenatals are every 3rd Thursday at 1pm. The main focus for these group prenatals is as follows: March-preparing body and mind for birth April-preparing a birth plan May-preparing for postpartum
