With this second prenatal appointment, you'll discuss your birth plan with your doula, ensuring you have all the evidence-based information you need to make informed decisions for birth and immediate postpartum. We can also help you formulate a plan B if you desire. Your doula can also present you with a postpartum plan you can fill out at your leisure. This prenatal is also customized for your individual needs and desires to help you feel more prepared for the big day when baby is born!
